Dr. Narpat S. Jain, DMD, MAGD
Dr. Jain is currently in private practice in Tenafly, NJ and the president of NJAGD. He is also a former clinical associate professor at UMDNJ in the GPR program (now Rutgers Dental School). He is married with 2 boys.
Dr. Jain did his undergraduate major in Biology at New York University and obtained his dental degree at New Jersey Dental School – class of 1995.
He did a GPR at University Hospital in Newark, NJ, and an oral oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
Dr. Elizabeth Clemente, DDS
Dr. Clemente is Treasurer of Academy of General Dentistry. She is currently the Morristown Medical Center Director, General Practice Residency Program and Chair, Department of Dentistry. Dr. Clemente studied and received her degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Joseph Battaglia, MS, DMD
Dr. Battaglia is a dentist in private practice in Wayne, N.J. He holds an Associate Clinical Professor faculty appointment in the Department of Restorative Dentistry, Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He currently is Chair, AGD Dental Practice Council, Chair American Association of Dental Boards East Caucus, and NJ State Board of Dentistry representative to Commission on Dental Competency Assessment’s House of Delegates. He previously served as Chair, AGD Legislation and Governmental Affairs Council, a member of the NJ State Board of Dentistry and President, NJ AGD. He holds a MS in Biochemistry from FDU School of Dentistry and a DMD from UMDNJ inducted as an alumni member in OKU. He completed a General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center and has received fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Dentistry International, the American College of Dentists, and the International College of Dentists.
Dr. Manuel Cordero, DDS, MAGD
Dr. Cordero, who has been in practice for over 34 years is a dentist at a private practice in Vineland NJ. He has actively been involved with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) for more than 20 years and has served as the organizations President. Dr. Cordero is also the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hispanic Dental Association. He received his Dental degree at Dental Arts of Washington and his BA Degree from Haverford College.
